Sleep King Arena has been home for the Sacramento Kings since the arena opened in 1998. The arena was renamed Power Balance Pavilion in 2011 until October 2012 when the name was changed to Sleep King Arena. The Arena was the second ARCO Arena from 1998 to 2011. Before moving to Sleep King Arena the Kings played in the original ARCO Arena from 1985 until 1998.

Sacramento Kings History
The Kings moved to Saramento from Kansas City in 1984. Before moving to Kansas City, the team played in Cincinnati and were named the Royals. The team played in Cincinnati between 1957 and 1972. The orginal franchise location was Rochester.
The franchise has played in the NBA Finals one time. As the Rochester Royals the franchise won the NBA championship in 1951
